"Return Processing Fee" means the fee charged by the Company in the following cases:
The customer requests to cancel the order;
The customer's fault (such as the wrong address provided by the customer) caused the order to be cancelled and the product was not successfully delivered to the customer.
Including but not limited to the following reasons, the company will not be responsible for any delay in delivery or pickup, or failure to successfully deliver or pickup:
Customer provided information is incorrect (such as incorrect shipping address or contact information);
When the goods are delivered to the customer's designated address, no one receives the goods;
A third-party delivery person makes an error; or
Other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
No return service is provided for all products once issued.
